Continuation of merging -Wconversion changes following a change to ICM_INTs which were suitable for ICM_UINT at this stage, as well as more general fixes which aim to resolve as many conversion warnings as possible.
Downtime planned starting Sunday 16 March; service will be down until migration to new Strato server is complete (worst case expect 3 days outage)!
