Hotfix 2492

Thomas Koopman requested to merge thomas/sac2c:hotfix-2492 into develop

We take the max with ShrayStart (CLIP_LB0) before passing the bound into the multithreaded scheduler instead of after, similar with ShrayEnd and (CLIP_UB0).

I also removed some dead code from the scheduler.
