Fix issues you get when trying to build with clang and -DFUNCTESTS=ON.

This includes moving int types to enum types and adding void to functions with no arguments. In cmake/sac2c/config.cmake clang and gcc have been seperated by Thomas. Switched from -OFast to -O3 -ffast-math when building with clang.
