fixed a bug in NAUTisAllElemsSame

Sven-Bodo Scholz requested to merge sbs/sac2c:hotfix-2337 into develop

as exposed in issue #2337 (closed), [1, whatever] would be considered ok (ie all elems to be the same). Now such an array will not be considered ok anymore.
