fixed erroneous -plibsac2c output for installed version

Merged Sven-Bodo Scholz requested to merge sbs/sac2c:plibsac2c-fix into develop

stupid mistake in the path output for the installed libsac2c which prevents sac-jupyter to work properly. This should do the trick now. A test, unfortunately, can not easily be added.
