Extended Description

The code in ArrayTransform.sac ain't quite there.
I'll try to look at it tomorrow and come up with something
a bit more betterer than what's there.
The attachment shows some of what's wrong with it.
Computation of "offset", at least, looks dicey, and
the WL indexing is plain wrong for overtake.
take([-3,4], reshape([2,2],[12, 13, 14,15]))
should produce:
 0  0  0  0
 12 13 0  0
 14 15 0  0
