sac2c crashes during stdlib build, the bug is somewhere between r18180 and r18187
(because masterrun at Mon Aug 27 18:45:00 BST, using r18179 went ok).

Reenable CYC: stdlib build dies in ArrayTransform, trying to insert
AVIS_SHAPE/DIM information.
I'll look into the direct fault tomorrow, but for now, I'm backing
off the CYC disablement.

Fix missing AST field, left out of earlier commit.
Fix Bug #988. Apparent CSE failure, but real cause was EDFA.
This fix required considerable revision of EDFA, but the optimization is
much simpler now.
