Crash in MUTC Lifting With-Loop bodies into threads

Extended Description

Created an attachment (id=800)
sac source
When compiled with -t sl_mta the attached code fails in:
 *  phase: pc (Preparing C code generation)
 *  sub phase: lw3 (MUTC Lifting With-Loop bodies into threads)
It worked in developer rev 17349:17350 but fails with 17358. The problem does not materialise when using the flags "-no uw3 -do rw3".
