UTMScalarI.sac breaks under AWLF

Extended Description

The attached abbreviated version of UTTakeDrop.sac has
at least two problems when compiled with Build#16545:MODIFIED
and  -nowlf -doawlf -extrema
1. match(x,y) returns the wrong answer, although x==y works properly.
2. The fold WL that is the cause of the problem (It happens to be
   indexing into a 20-element array that is only 10 elements long,
   for example...) has two results, but one of the results is
   dead code.
WLF works properly.
I'll look at it tomorrow.
