fixing DUP traversal and deserialisation for SOSSK functions as well as an initialisation error

The test case exposed two errors in the previous implementation of SOSSK functions: The SOSSK functions were not pulled in whenever their calling functions were pulled in, and they were not duplicated either. This impeded our capability to specialise functions with SOSSK functions properly.
