Hotfix issue #2506

Merged Sven-Bodo Scholz requested to merge sbs/sac2c:hotfix-2506 into develop

Changed the implementation of LUR (SSALUR.c) to no longer try and unroll non-terminating loops. This resolves issue #2506 (closed).
