hot fix for issue !2483 - typedefs and classdefs of struct types should no longer lead to crashes

Testing with sac4c has not been done yet and the fully working implementation of the wrapper functions is still missing. When these things have been completed, we should also add a few test cases.... However, getting this fix in should at least allow for proper typedefs and classdefs on structs....
