Update distmem profiling

Thomas Koopman requested to merge thomas/sac2c:distmem-profile into develop

Remove obsolete stuff, all measuring is done in Shray through ShrayReport. We do not use any SaC profiling infrastructure, so we do not put the option under -profile, and instead add an option profile_shray.
