Need more distinct package file names

After merge requests like !35 (merged), it has become clear that the package generation can cause unintended overwrites of existing package blobs on the release server. A possible solution would be to append a timestamp to the name, or create a new directory with the timestamp as its name.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
