Excluded APEX code

Extended Description

I have excluded the source code from APEX for the failures listed below. I am raising this bug so that these actions are not forgotten. Do what you want with it. My commit log follows.

    I have excluded the sac files for all these errors from APEX in the
    Masterrun. Hopefully now we will be able to clearly see any new problems
