ISAA generates incorrect AVIS_SSAASSIGN node

Extended Description

Created an attachment (id=919)
source code to reproduce fault
This bug looks to have been around for yonks, but it definitely
fails on Build #18091,
sac2c -doawlf -nowlf -nocyc -v4 schedr.sac  -d treecheck -chkfreq 4
generates a warning about incorrect AVIS_SSAASSIGN node after ISAA,
first cycle.
The compiler crashes later on, but I do not know if that's caused
by the above failure. We shall see.
Assigned to me, because I am in the course of fixing it.
