Extended Description

Created an attachment (id=521) Source code to reproduce fault But nobody ever calls CSE after that, so they stick around into phase 12, at least. I'd fix it by inserting a call at the end of phase 11 or 12, but I'm in the middle of doing timing tests, and don't want to rerun everything. So, this is a reminder to get a round tuit.
