source code to reproduce fault
This failure is recent; it definitely appears in:
sac2c v1.00-beta (Haggis And Apple)
developer rev 17803 linux-gnu_x86_64

I see two failure modes, but it is also possible
that the non-failing case is not working properly; I have
not investigated that.

[The crash here occurs in AWLFI, but if you look into
that code, you'll see a call to DLIR.]
