Extended Description

On Asterix we get the following sac2c compilation error:
/usr/include/sys/feature_tests.h:353:2: #error "Compiler or options invalid for pre-UNIX 03 X/Open applications 	and pre-2001 POSIX applications"
I think this came from commit 17217 where "-D_POSIX_C_SOURCE=200809L" was added to CC_FLAGS.
