sac2tex was working correctly just no one new how to call it. New
stdlib documentation has been created and added to the website.
currently there is no way of updating this on the webserver unless you
have an account on the web server (berlix). It would be nice to have a
simple script to upload a tarball of the documentation so that it is
simple and no account is needed except internal section of the website.
This would help to improve the regularity of updates.
