Extended Description
This bug is to track work on getting the masterrun to trigger automatically. Carl is adding clustix to the masterrun and since clustix can distribute jobs on the cluster already it was decided in today's sac meeting that we should just do this automatically.
We agreed this order of events and will assign the bug around as each person completes their task:
Stage 1: Carl will add Clustix to the masterrun
Stage 2: Artyom will change the Masterrun Makefiles so that they optionally accept version arguments and use them instead of HEAD and so that it is thread-safe and builds in /tmp (this should make it much faster).
Stage 3: Carl will teach the masterrun to use this new interface from a call to a script.
Stage 4: Dan will write subversion triggers to invoke the new interface
