WLF discovers false index error in dtb.sac

Extended Description

If I compile dtb.sac with -noWLF or with all opts disabled and
-check a, it works fine. If I compile it with -O3, it dies in 
cycle 9 of the optimizer.
If I compile with -o3 -maxoptcyc 5, it also works fine...
