Extended Description

sac2c -noopt UTRotate234.sac kills code generator in COMPap due
to ref-counted thingy appearing on lhs.
It also dies when you specify optimizations, but with an array bounds
violation detected by sac2c:
sac2c -O3 UTRotate234.sac
