Extended Description

The UndoSSATransform traversal cannot handle N_annotate nodes generated using
the sac2c profiling option. It generates a segfault at UndoSSATransform:838. 
anyone willing to add N_annotate support?
how to reproduce:
compile any of the demos using -profile option and ssa enabled
