empty generator detection in wlsimp fails!

Extended Description

The attached program is modified wrongly by wlsimp.
(rev 15061) compilation with -noWLSIMP works fine.
The problem seems to lie in the detection of empty partitions which
may fail if the idxvec is non-AKS.
