_accu_ returns 1 instead of two return values

Extended Description

The attached, when compiled in build#15222 with these options, dies with Summary
error in ArrayTransform:
sac2c -dowlfs -dosaacyc crud.sac
Removing EITHER of the above compiler options allows the code to compile OK.
