Extended Description
sac2c -O3 -nophm sdyn4.sac gets a segfault at run time,
if compiled with standard opts. With -noopts, it appears to work OK.
I tried with -nocf, and got this:
Writing file "a.out.c"
ASSERTION FAILED: file 'codegen/icm_icm2c.c', line 178
wrong icm-arg: N_id expected
EXECUTION TERMINATED
Aborted
apex@rattler:~/sandbox> sac2c -O3 -nocf -nophm crud.sac
