sac2c doesn't believe in double-precision constants

Extended Description

I tried entering a double-precision constant:
 1.0d-13
but it won't compile. Entering:
 1.0e-13
does compile.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
