DupTree handles no ntype types

Extended Description

The DupTree traversal does not handle ntype type attributes! They are not copied at all. This leads to a type information loss during SSATransform, as there nodes are copied and then loose their respective new type. For Avis nodes this has already been fixed (to solve the problem with ssa transform). Due to lack of time, I give the bug to the public to prevent it from beeing forgotten!
