If compiled this way:
sac2c v1.00-beta (Buchette d'Anjou)
 developer rev 16326 linux-gnu_x86_64
 (Thu Aug 13 16:01:15 EDT 2009 by sac)
apex@rattler:~/apex2003/benchmks/UTCompress$ sac2c -extrema -nowlf -doswlf -v3 UTCompress.sac
the attached sac program dies generating intermediate code macros
inside   WLBnodeOrIntGetNameOrVal.
