CUDA polyhedral binaries are not generated by sac2c make!

Extended Description
You have to go into the tools/cuda directory, and do the "make" there. I'm not sure of the proper way to fix this, so am not even going to try. sac2c -V sac2c v1.00-beta (Haggis And Apple) developer rev 18531 linux-gnu_x86_64 (Tue Mar 10 14:41:02 EDT 2015 by sac)
