Extended Description

Summary says it all. Build #developer rev 16671:MODIFIED linux-gnu_x86_64
(and doubtless others, too...) introduce N_num nodes into PRF_ARGs.
This caused some of my code, which naively assumed they were N_id nodes, to
break.
