UTThornInt.sac kills sac2c w/dbug-maxdepth 40000 too low segfault

Extended Description

UTThornInt.sac compiles OK with -noinl, but with -O3,
it eventually dies with a segfault in the code that issues
the "maxdepth 40000 too low" warning, because the code continues
to push stuff onto the stack it's warning about.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
