🎆 SaC is OSS!!!

This is the first release where the sources of the compiler are now entirely open, have a look at https://gitlab.sac-home.org/sac-group/sac2c. We welcome users to have a look and to contribute 😸

This is a weekly release, which is based on the latest upstream changes. It may be unstable.
